I am passionate about spreading the empowering benefits of EFT as far and wide as I can and offer a variety of group Workshops and Circles both in-person and online to adults, children and teenagers. If you are interested in me holding a workshop for your workplace, school, group, event or organisation please get in touch. All of my Workshops can be tailor made to the specific age and requirements of your group.
I have 25 years of experience working with children and young people and hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate.

INTRODUCTION TO EFT WORKSHOP LIVE ZOOM WEDNESday 17th April 2024 7.30pm

Join me for a group Workshop live on Zoom for and Introduction to EFT and how you can apply this simple technique in your every day life. In this workshop you will learn what EFT is, the simple technique and tapping points and how you can apply it to yourself. The session will also include an interactive group Tapping session as a way of demonstrating the technique, as well as a relaxing meditation to close the session.

Join me for a group Workshop live on Zoom for and Introduction in how to use EFT techniques with children and teenagers to help them identify and regulate their emotions. In this workshop you will learn some simple techniques that you can use with your own children or the children in your care to help them work through difficult emotions with more ease.
